Cancellation and Refund

In case of Trip cancellation, the following charges will apply on the total tour price;

Note: Gorilla permits and chimpanzee permits are non-refundable.

Complaints

Carmine Safaris strives to provide exceptional service, but occasionally problems can arise. If you encounter any issues, please notify us or the supplier of the service immediately as most problems can be solved quickly on the spot. If you remain dissatisfied, please submit a written complaint within 20 days of the end of the tour service under the contract.

We cannot accept responsibility for any complaints that are not notified entirely in accordance with the complaint’s procedure.

Limitation of Liability

Carmine Safaris accepts responsibility for ensuring that your trip is executed as described prior to your departure, and that the services provided will meet a reasonable local standard. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for any services that do not form part of our contract. This includes but not limited to additional services or facilities provided your local hotel or other suppliers which we have not agreed to arrange.

Carmine Safaris is not liable for the breach of any obligation if it is attributable to yourself as a traveler, a consequence of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, attributable to third party not engaged by the travel organizer in the performance of the travel service or the non-conformity could not have been foreseen or prevented.

Note that the infrastructure in Uganda may not be the same as in your country. Some accommodations may experience power cuts or water shortages. Carmine Safaris is not liable for failure to perform an obligation attributed to yourself, is a consequence of unavoidable and extra ordinary circumstances or is attributed to a third party not engaged by the organizer in the performance of the travel services.
